Objective—Therapeutic angiogenesis using autologous stem/progenitor cells represents a
novel strategy for severe ischemic diseases. Recent reports indicated that adipose tissues
could supply adipose-derived regenerative cells (ADRCs). Accordingly, we examined
whether implantation of ADRCs would augment ischemia-induced angiogenesis. Method
